The Pop/R&B girl group Obs3ssed, is made up of three bombshells, Loren, Kenzie, and Ashley, whose sounds are very reminiscent of a modern day Danity Kane infused with the authenticity of the trailblazing Destinys Child.

In this fun, lighthearted, 90s/early 2000s reminiscent track, Flexin’ (Produced by K.E.OnTheTrack), Obs3ssed expresses their frustration with live-in ,no good, scrub-like boyfriends also-known-as ‘Flexin”. The playful visual relives an inspired D.C’s ‘Bills Bills Bills‘ set, and effortlessly showcases the talents of each member.

“Baby you can bounce like your checks did, or you can go get on to the next chick” the trio chants before allowing the catchy chorus to reveal itself. We love how these girls managed to pay homage to other female groups that have paved the way, while keeping their originality, and remaining current with their style and sound.

With no other female groups in sight, it is refreshing to get a dose of something that is prominent in music. Check out the spunky visual below, and if you haven’t heard of Obs3ssed before, be prepared to become obsessed with trio from Atlanta now!
