I’d loved to see the CEO that will be walking up 47 flights of stairs to receive such luxury. After completing nearly 99% of a Spanish Skyscraper in Benidor Spain, workers realize that there is no elevator to the top of the building. The original design was planned to stop at 20 stories, which would be an excuse to why there’s no elevator leading to its peak.

El Paissaid a one-bedroom apartment costs 358,000 or $477,572 in U.S. currency. Hopefully that includes a hot air balloon, or pulley that will allow future residents to comfortably arrive to their residence.
