They say third time is the charm, and from the looks of the current promo for the new season of X-Factor USA it appears Simon Cowell has finally gotten it right. After going through a new judges lineup the first two seasons, Simon is returning with an all ladies panel to include returning judge Demi Lovato, former X-Factor UK judge Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio. Get into the snaps and promo below of the new season which is set to air for a two night and three hour premiere Sep 11 & 12 at 8PM on Fox!!
