It’s that time of year, the MTV Video Music Awards are back!! and today the full list of nominees were unveiled. Leading the pack of is the man with the best selling album this year, Justin Timberlake. Other noteworthy nominees are Ciara and Chris Brown both in the ‘Best Choreography’ category for their hits ‘Fine China’ & ‘Body Party‘ respectively.
Elsewhere, Drake, J. Cole, A.S.A.P. Rocky and Kendrick Lemar will go head to head for ‘Best Hip Hop’ Video. Robin Thicke who is also enjoying a successful year with his first billboard #1 and summer anthem ‘Blurred Lines’ appears multiple times on the diverse set. No word on performers/presenters yet but be sure to check MTV’s Vine and Instagram pages which is where nominees were announced today for the first time ever. Be sure to watch the show when it airs live from Brooklyn’s Barclay’s Center on Sunday August 25th at 9PM on MTV!!
