Its been a rough couple years  for Fantasia, whose most recent chain of unfortunate events in her life play out on camera and on the blogs. However, the Idol champion is ready to get back to work and channel all of those experiences into her music.

She hosted a listening session for her upcoming album ‘Side Effects of You’ due next Tues April 23. Barrino hosted the event at the London Bridge studios in North Hollywood and invited media outlets, and some of her industry friends such as Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, and The Dream.

The forthcoming album is proceeded by the singles ‘Without Me’ which features Missy Elliott and her bud Kelly, and the first single ‘Lose To Win’. Fanny is also set to return to the Idol stage for tomorrow’s results show to perform ‘Lose’. Get into the snaps below and the current single ‘Without Me’ which we absolutely are loving.
