Jay Z’s unstoppable reign took an interesting turn this Friday to what might be a dead end regarding an emerging relationship between CAA and Jay-Z’s new firm, Roc Nation. According to the regulations passed by the NFLPA in 2012, Jay-Z won’t be able to recruit players to sign with CAA unless Jay-Z becomes an NFLPA-certified agent. Which means back to school you go!
Apparently other rival agents are just jealous of the music mogul, and have to find someway to keep the brooklyn native from taking over another multi-billion dollar industry. Jay-Z wants to recruit top Giants receiver Victor Cruz to sign with CAA, but this wont happen easy.

“An interesting wrinkle arose on Friday regarding the emerging relationship between CAA and Jay-Z’s new firm, Roc Nation. Based on rules passed by the NFLPA in 2012, Jay-Z can’t recruit players to sign with CAA unless Jay-Z becomes an NFLPA-certified agent.
The concerns emerged because rival agents see the obvious problem with having Jay-Z recruit Giants receiver Victor Cruz to sign with CAA. The NFLPA reportedly has no problem with the connection, given Jay-Z’s established friendship with Cruz. Moving forward, however, Jay Z won’t be able to help close deals with CAA unless he’s certified.
The situation becomes even more challenging if Jay-Z doesn’t have an undergraduate degree. It’s unclear whether any exemption is available if he lacks that credential”
They always trying to keep the man down, or is Jay really reaching for this one because he feels he can! Like we’ve stated in many cases we admire Black success, and anything positive arising in the black community we support! We need more leaders. We actually hope Jay does become certified and proves a lot of people wrong while inspiring millions of young African American men!

Since when has Jay-z become a role-model for young black men? This is someone who sold crack to pregnant women and up until recently has spoken terribly about women! What has he done for the black community or Africa on a consistent basis? Why does he not hold workshops for black youth to show them how he got where he is? Leader? Malcolm, Langston, Harriet, Robeson, Medgar,Martin, and countless others where leaders and role models. To me, he is not!
They love to try to.stop jay and bey!
