Red, white and blue has never looked this good! Rap sensation Azealia Banks released yesterday the video for her 1991 EP track Liquorice. Azealia teased her fans with the above sneak peek on her Tumblr page, before unleashing the beautiful wild, wild west inspired video.
While her 212 video was low budget, raw and artsy, Liquorice (directed by Rankin) is more polished and pizzazz, showcasing a quickly evolving Azealia Banks who’s undoubtedly growing into her own; a potentially powerhouse female rapper, commander-in-chief of the new era of female rappers. Here’s to her not dropping the baton.
