You know Q Parker as the silky voiced crooner from the multi-platinum selling group 112. But do you know him as a fitness guru? The Grammy winner recently released a 2011 fitness calendar and says “This calendar is not just about us wanting look good. It’s about taking care of our health on the inside too!”. A portion of proceeds will be donated to support cancer prevention for woman and men. R&B lovers don’t fret, Parker is still recording and performing.
