Reps for Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz have confirmed to PEOPLE magazine that they “are expecting a baby and are engaged to be married in a private ceremony later this year.” “They’re very happy,” says a friend of the couple. It will be the first marriage for Grammy-winner Keys – and their first child together. Swizz Beatz is father to Kasseem Jr., 3, and son Prince, both from previous relationships.
Wow. I definitely wasn’t surprised by this “revelation”. Congrats to the happy couple! I know Mashonda must be feeling some type of way. Good luck to all the parties involved in the situation.

Glad they confirmed what we already knew as truth. I just hope that the adults will step up and do what needs to be done to protect & nurture those children on both sides. I hope it last is all I can wish them at this stage of such a public relationship!
