Almost 12 years after their Grammy Award winning single was released, Brandy and Monica’s “The Boy Is Mine” has been remade by Japan pop stars Tynisha & Beni. The remake was released late last year with an accompanying video. One of the things I don’t like about this cover is the fact that it’s basically a lick for lick remake. Down to the damn single cover. Not to mention IMO, they do no justice to the song. Sigh. Wha do you guys think about this one?
