M.I.A. releases a controversial new music video for her single “Born Free”. The video is getting pulled left and right off of YouTube because of it’s raw in your face footage of violence. The most graphic scenes include a young boy getting shot in the head and a prisoner getting blown to pieces by a strategically placed bomb. The 10-minute video will surely have your jaw dropping in shock and is definitely not safe for children.

    Wowwwwww..talk about a politically-charged music video. I LOVE that she took it there in that sense but I feel like it didnt have to be as graphic as it is to portray the message. Looking past the violence, this is an AMAZING video; definitely one of the best made in recent time.
