Brandy and brother Ray J were spotted out and about on a dinner date with the family in West Hollywood and it looks as if Brandy is gaining some weight! She’s looking like she did in her Moesha days huh? Definitely a good look!

lookin good B! I dont think shes gaining. I think its the lack of lighting and the camera angle. LOVE U B!!!!!!!!!!!!
