Brandy and re-newed BFF Kelly Rowland hit up a Universal Motown Republic Group’s  GRAMMY Nominee 2010 Cocktail Party in Los Angeles last night. They looked absoloutely great together. Nice to see a rekindled friendship still going strong. Kelly Rowland is stunning in her dress!
