Chris Brown has finally begun his community service in Virginia. He was seen using a rake to hack away weeds, and at one point he was seen carrying a gate with his head coming out of it…while joking. He was also spotted waving to fans and cameras while wearing a orange vest, wifebeater and a red baseball cap. Armed police officers monitored the entire situation throughout the day. It seems as if he still doesn’t get it. Or many I’m just reading too much into this….He is so damn cocky, its sickening. SMH.
