Neffe gave birth to a babygirl by the name of Nayla Noel Lavern Lower. This is Neffe’s fifth child and first with fiancee Soullow. The baby weighed in at 5 pounds 7 ounces and 17 inches long. Check out the video below for your introduction to Nayla!
