Yesterday, President Barack Obama made history again, by announcing his decision to nominate Judge Sonia Sotomayor to the U.S. Supreme Court. She is only the third woman in history to hold that position. If confirmed, Sotomayor, 54, would become the FIRST Latino in the history of the U.S. Supreme Court. She grew up in the Bronx after her parents moved to New York from Puerto Rico. Judge Sotomayor has more than three decades of experience bringing more federal judicial experience to the Supreme Court than any justice in 100 years and more overall judicial experience than anyone confirmed for the Court in the past 70 years. Congrats to you, Sonia Sotomayor! Viva Latinos del mundo! WEPPPA! lol…
