Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were spotted enjoying some Easter Sunday festivities. They were also reportedly spotted leaving an IVF Clinic in San Diego. She sure does look like shes gaining quite some weight though…she might be pregnant already! Or maybe its the side effects to the pills or injections or whatever it is they give you to get pregnant!
